For a limited of time, the Jump Mentor is on sale for only $37 dollars!

Some people believe that jumping is something that cannot be learned but those same people are not educated in the way the human body functions. The human body will adapt to any new stress put on it to better handle that stress. That is why when you lift weights your muscles get stronger. The same goes for jumping, but the problem here is that people don’t know how to properly train to jump higher. Do you do heavy weight or light weight? Slow or fast? Do you jump rope? Use ankle weights? Use jump soles? Do you train everyday? Do you rest longer or less or the same as regular lifting to build muscles? Which exercises will work the best to make you jump higher? Which workouts should you not do? How do plyometrics work? Should you run stairs? Should you run at all? Should you work other parts of your body besides your legs to jump higher?

All of these are great questions and the answers are in the Jump Mentor. Most people don’t know the answers to these questions and sadly most coaches train ineffectively.
